Messages that help
- A limit, bracket or rate that differs from the official publication: give the year, the province and the link to the source.
- A calculator result that does not match your notice of assessment: say what you entered and the official figure.
- A rule you read differently in a Canada Revenue Agency or Revenu Québec guide.
- A new official figure (the 2027 TFSA limit, 2027 brackets) that we have not entered yet.
- Embedding a calculator on an association site or a blog: the code is on the embed page.
What we cannot do
We cannot see your tax file, confirm your official room or tell you which account to use. Those questions are for the Canada Revenue Agency, Revenu Québec or a professional of your choice. We are not a public body.
